"ISA-JEWELLRY" MChJ, trading as DILMUSS (registered address: Toshkent shahri, Chilonzor tumani, Botirma MFY, 17 mavzesi, 6/1-uy, Uzbekistan), answers customers who write to its Instagram shop accounts through an inbox it operates itself. This page explains what we receive and what we do with it.
What we receive from Instagram
Your direct messages and comments to our accounts, your Instagram username and user id, and any post or story of ours that you share with us. We do not receive your password, your contacts, or your other messages.
Why
To answer your questions about products, prices, sizes, shops and delivery; to take and deliver your orders; to handle complaints.
Automated replies
Some replies are written by an automated assistant. When it answers you, it says so, and a person takes over when you ask for one or when a question needs one.
Where your data is kept
On servers operated by DILMUSS. Messages are kept for customer service and to check the quality of our answers; you can ask us to delete them at any time. Order records are kept as long as the law requires.
Who sees it
DILMUSS staff who serve customers. We do not sell your data and do not share it outside DILMUSS, except as the law requires and with the service providers that process it on our behalf: our hosting, and an AI provider that drafts replies from the text of your message with names and phone numbers removed. No AI model is trained on your messages.
Deleting your data
Send "delete my data" in the same Instagram chat. We remove your messages and profile data and confirm it in the chat. Order records that the law requires us to keep are kept, and we tell you which.
For Instagram accounts connected to the inbox: an account that removes the DILMUSS Inbox app in its Instagram settings is disconnected and its data is deleted; Instagram sends us the request, and we confirm it with a code.

DILMUSS boshqaradigan serverlarda. Xabarlar mijozlarga xizmat ko'rsatish va javoblarimiz sifatini tekshirish uchun saqlanadi; ularni istalgan vaqtda o'chirishni so'rashingiz mumkin. Buyurtma yozuvlari qonun talab qilgan muddat saqlanadi.
Kim ko'radi
Mijozlarga xizmat ko'rsatadigan DILMUSS xodimlari. Ma'lumotlaringizni sotmaymiz va DILMUSS'dan tashqariga bermaymiz, faqat qonun talab qilgan hollarda va biz nomimizdan ishlov beradigan xizmat ko'rsatuvchilarga: serverimiz hamda xabaringiz matnidan (ism va telefon raqamlari olib tashlangan holda) javob qoralamasini yozadigan sun'iy intellekt xizmati. Xabarlaringizda hech qanday sun'iy intellekt modeli o'qitilmaydi.
Ma'lumotlarni o'chirish
Shu Instagram chatda "ma'lumotlarimni o'chiring" deb yozing. Xabarlaringiz va profil ma'lumotlaringiz o'chiriladi va buni chatda tasdiqlaymiz. Qonun saqlashni talab qiladigan buyurtma yozuvlari saqlanadi va qaysilari ekanini aytamiz.
Inboxga ulangan Instagram hisoblari uchun: DILMUSS Inbox ilovasini Instagram sozlamalaridan olib tashlagan hisob uziladi va uning ma'lumotlari o'chiriladi; Instagram bizga so'rov yuboradi, biz uni kod bilan tasdiqlaymiz.
